Booking and Deposits
Consultation: A free initial consultation is available to discuss project details and client requirements.
Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable $10 deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit reserves your spot and is separate from the remaining photoshoot balance.
Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received and will receive an invoice through via text and email. Failure to pay the deposit within 48 hours of scheduling will result in the cancellation of your reservation.
Payment: All payments are made through our booking website however, We accept payments via Zelle, Cash App, and Apple Pay.
Balance: The remaining balance is due on the day of the session, prior to the start of the photoshoot. If you do not pay the remaining balance this will forfeit your session or will not receive your photos.
Session Details
Arrival: Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or cancellation of your session. (15 minute grace period.)
Guests: Guests are welcome to attend your session to provide support or assistance. However, if you booked a studio session only 2–3 guests will be permitted during the shoot.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24-48 hours prior to the session to avoid a cancellation fee of $20 of the session cost if I (the photographer) need to reschedule due to an emergency, clients will be offered a refund or a new session date at no additional charge.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed once without additional charges if done at least 24-48 hours in advance. Subsequent rescheduling requests will incur an additional $20 fee.
No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled session without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay the full session fee for future bookings.
Photo Delivery
Turnaround Time: Clients will receive edited photos within 5-7 business days after the session. Additional edits cost $10 per image.
Rush Fee: Rush orders must be requested before or at the time of booking to ensure availability, this will be a charge of $20
Delivery Method: Digital photos will be delivered via Pixieset
Photo Usage: Clients and Photographer receive personal usage rights to the photos.
Session Prep
Location: If you have a specific location in mind, let me know ahead of time so we can plan the perfect backdrop for your vision.
Concepts: Have a clear idea of what you want? Great! If not, feel free to check out Pinterest for any ideas or my link below for some concepts beforehand, and we can collaborate on it.
Props: Clients are encouraged to bring any props that match their vision—such as hats, accessories, or personal items. Unless specified as a concept shoot, where I, the photographer, will provide props, you are responsible for bringing the items you'd like to incorporate into your session.
